Innovision Corporate Profile | SelectUSA Investment Summit 2026 Edition

On 9 February 2026, the United States and Bangladesh signed a Framework Agreement on Reciprocal Trade. Under this agreement, Bangladesh has committed to procure approximately USD 3.5 billion worth of U.S. agricultural products, including at least 700,000 tonnes of wheat annually over five years, USD 1.25 billion in soybeans and soy products, and substantial volumes of cotton.

The United States has already emerged as Bangladesh’s leading supplier of soybeans. In parallel, U.S.-flagged Excelerate Energy began delivering liquefied natural gas (LNG) to Bangladesh under a 15-year, 1 mtpa sale and purchase agreement with Petrobangla in January 2026.

However, these trade flows do not materialise automatically. They are shaped by a complex ecosystem of tariffs, sanitary and phytosanitary standards, port and logistics infrastructure, currency dynamics, tax incentives, distribution networks, long-term off-take agreements, and brand trust. In this environment, execution capacity determines who captures value—and who does not.

Innovision operates at this intersection, translating policy shifts and trade signals into structured, evidence-based commercial action.
