Job Description

Position Summary
The Administrative Intern will support the Nigeria team in managing daily operations, maintaining documentation, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication and workflow. The role is ideal for someone eager to learn about the internal operations of an international consulting firm and develop foundational skills in administration, coordination, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative and Coordination Support
- Draft emails, letters, meeting invites, and other internal documents.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and calls, and follow up as needed.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office files and databases.
- Support smooth coordination across teams and departments.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings, workshops, and events.
Communication and Documentation
- Maintain internal correspondence and records.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with partners, consultants, and staff.
Administrative Assistance and Learning
- Support procurement and operational processes as assigned.
- Learn and contribute to Innovision’s administrative systems and tools.
- Provide general assistance to the Nigeria team and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Prior internship or volunteer experience in an administrative or office support role will be an advantage.

- Location: Head Office, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Type: Full-time
Position Summary
The Associate will support the team in designing and implementing research and innovative projects. This includes both qualitative and quantitative research, developing analytical frameworks, visualizing insights, and contributing to policy and business recommendations. The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights, and an interest in exploring emerging trends across industries and technologies.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with writing proposals, handling datasets, developing research tools, preparing analytical reports, giving presentations and supporting the team in business development and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Research and Data Analytics
- Conduct market and policy research using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
- Design research tools, surveys, and data collection instruments using platforms such as Kobo Toolbox or ODK.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using statistical tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, STATA, R, or Python).
- Support data visualization (Looker Studio, Power B, report writing, and presentation preparation for client and internal use.
- Conduct comparative analyses of industries, business models, and emerging trends.
Project and Portfolio Support
- Support the execution of ongoing DAEF projects spanning diverse sectors including digital economy, infrastructure, healthcare, transportation, education, and other emerging industries.
- Coordinate with field teams, consultants, and stakeholders for smooth implementation.
- Monitor project deliverables and timelines, ensuring quality control and documentation.
Business Development
- Assist in preparing concept notes, proposals, and budgets for potential projects.
- Conduct secondary research and develop insights for new business areas.
- Contribute to stakeholder mapping, partnership identification, and proposal writing.
Knowledge and Communication
- Draft blogs, briefs, and communication materials highlighting data insights and emerging frontier issues.
- Maintain and update portfolio documents, databases, and project trackers.
- Represent Innovision in meetings, workshops, and external events when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related disciplines from a reputed university.
- 1–3 years of experience in research, data analytics, or consulting roles.
- Strong analytical and writing skills in both English and Bangla.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Hands-on experience with SPSS, STATA, R, or Python for data analysis.
- Familiarity with Kobo Toolbox for data collection and management. Experience in data visualization and dashboard development using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outputs under deadlines.
- Prior experience with development sector projects or startup ecosystem studies will be considered an advantage.
