Innovision conducted the mid-term evaluation of BRAC’s 2021–25 strategy in Bangladesh, assessing progress across four strategic pillars and key organizational priorities. Surveyed 9,700 households and conducted extensive qualitative research across 12 programs. Provided actionable insights for strategic course correction and impact enhancement.

Designed and piloted a last-mile e-commerce service targeting rural and semi-urban women in Rangpur and Dinajpur. Enabled women to operate as mobile micro-retailers using ShopUp’s B2B platform, Mokam. Combined recruitment, training, community sensitization, and field monitoring to build a scalable model for women’s entrepreneurship and FMCG distribution.

Reviewed patterns of industrial and manufacturing expansion to inform sustainable land use and reduce Dhaka congestion.Conducted spatial, policy, and firm-level analysis to generate recommendations for investment-friendly and environmentally sustainable industrial growth.

Conducted a comprehensive analysis to identify climate-resilient income opportunities for women in the Productive Safety Net Program. Examined constraints and opportunities across multiple regions and agro-ecological zones. Delivered gender-responsive, climate-informed recommendations to strengthen program design and market access.

Evaluated 6,300 households across 12 districts on livelihoods, nutrition, gender equity, enterprise development, and climate resilience. Provided actionable insights to guide program adjustments and improve outcomes for extremely poor and climate-vulnerable communities.

Supported ESG compliance and green skills development in Bangladesh’s RMG sector. Onboarded and mentored local technical consultancy providers and facilitated ESG interventions across factories. Enhanced women’s leadership, factory sustainability performance, and scalable consultancy models.
