T A Robin

T A Robin is a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) professional with over 14 years of experience designing and managing MEL systems for complex donor-funded programs in Bangladesh and across the globe. His work spans Bangladesh, Cambodia, Nigeria, and Namibia, collaborating with organizations such as USAID, UNICEF, icddr,b, Jhpiego, and national governments. Throughout his career, Robin has led the development of MEL frameworks, overseen research and evaluations, and managed knowledge products that have informed policy and practice. His expertise spans results-based management, data-driven decision-making, Collaborating, Learning and Adapting (CLA) practices, health system performance measurement, and quantitative and qualitative methods. Beyond technical leadership, he has built the capacities of government institutions and development actors, helping them embed evidence-driven decision-making into their systems.
