Orchisman Dutta is a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) specialist with over 8 years of experience in leading research, evaluations, and results measurement across Asia and the Pacific. He is an expert in mixed-method studies, and MEL frameworks in agriculture, livelihoods, WASH, climate resilience, and economic development. Orchisman worked in 70+ research and evaluation assignments and training over 500 practitioners. He holds an M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Forestry from SUST, with advanced training in MEAL, statistics, GIS, and project management.
