Fatema brings 9 years of corporate banking and 6 years of development sector experience across finance, education, and healthcare. She has managed portfolios exceeding USD 19 million with Eastern Bank Ltd., BRAC Bank Ltd., and CitiBank N.A., with expertise in project management and stakeholder coordination. She has collaborated with IFC on green initiatives for clients including Walton and Energypac, and led Innovision assignments with UNDP and the World Bank focused on financial services and women-led SME growth. Fatema serves on the Board of Trustees of Footsteps Foundation and supports initiatives aligned with the UN SDGs. She holds a BBA from North South University, Bangladesh.
