Incubation Service Providers (ISP)

Innovision Consulting Private Limited is seeking Incubation Service Providers (ISP) to support an agribusiness incubation initiative implemented by the Department of Agricultural Marketing (DAM), Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock. The project aims to strengthen agribusiness entrepreneurship by supporting entrepreneurs to move from training to active market participation through structured incubation support.

The assignment is part of a 30-month incubation project focused on developing sustainable agribusiness enterprises across agricultural value chains in Bangladesh. Selected Incubation Service Providers will work closely with entrepreneurs, farmers, cooperatives, and agribusiness stakeholders to provide practical guidance, market linkage support, and business development assistance.

Salary Range: BDT 40,000 – 45,000

Duration: 30 months

Tentative Start Date: May 2026

Locations: Dhaka, Mymensingh, Khulna, and Barishal

Position Summary

The Incubation Service Providers (ISP) will support agribusiness entrepreneurs in strengthening their businesses and accessing markets through hands-on technical and advisory support. The role involves working closely with emerging agribusinesses to improve their business models, market readiness, and operational capabilities.

The ISP will provide mentorship, technical guidance, and market-oriented support to entrepreneurs operating in different segments of the agribusiness ecosystem. This includes engaging with farmers, agribusiness firms, cooperatives, and other actors across agricultural value chains.

The role requires strong practical understanding of how agribusinesses operate in Bangladesh and experience working with entrepreneurship development initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines or related fields:

  • Agribusiness
  • Agricultural Marketing
  • Agricultural Economics
  • Business Studies
  • Business Administration
  • Economics
  • Development Economics
  • Other relevant subjects
Experience Requirements
  • Relevant experience in Agricultural Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Agribusiness Development, or similar fields in the private sector.
  • Experience working with or supporting entrepreneurship development initiatives.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in sectors such as agrofood processing, agro inputs, agro machinery, non-agrofood processing, agro tourism, or other related agribusiness sectors.
  • Experience working with entrepreneurs, farmers, agribusinesses, cooperatives, and stakeholders across agricultural value chains will be highly valued.
