Innovision is seeking an experienced Economic Growth professional with strong business development skills, proven project implementation capabilities, and expertise in market systems development.
The Associate will contribute to growing the Economic Growth portfolio while delivering high-quality technical assistance, research, and advisory assignments for national and international clients. Working closely with the Portfolio Manager, the successful candidate will identify business opportunities, develop competitive proposals, coordinate assignments, and develop market and policy analysis into practical recommendations.

Portfolio: Economic Growth
Reports to: Portfolio Manager, EG
Location: Head Office, Dhaka, Bangladesh (with field travel as required)
Employment Type: Full-time
• Take full life-cycle ownership of assigned projects.
• Strictly manage progress tracker (activity-timeline) for the each of the assigned project. Identify potential roadblocks, propose, finalize and implement the changed approach to deliver work.
• Ensure timely implementation within allotted budget.
• Identify relevant business development opportunities aligned with organizational expertise.
• Lead development of concept notes, technical and financial proposals.
• Assess and Identify prospective clients, globally. Engage and maintainproactive communication with prospective clients.
• Identify opportunities for follow-on assignments and expanded services through ongoing client engagements.
• Document decisions, follow up on actions, and support productive stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure project documentation and communicate progress, issues, anddecisions promptly.
• Maintain effective communication with project/field teams, consultants,partners, and clients.
• Contribute to one-pagers, learning briefs, case studies, and other knowledge products that demonstrate portfolio's expertise.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or Social Sciences or a related discipline.
• A minimum of five (05) years of direct and exactly similar professional experience.
• Strong understanding of market systems development, private sectorengagement, and policy advocacy approaches.
• Practical expertise in stakeholder engagement, government liaison, and partnership facilitation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of data analysis tools.
• Strong report-writing, presentation, interpersonal, and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing proposal and project deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Willingness to travel to project locations as required.
• Ability to assess the accuracy and suitability of AI outputs and use human judgment when incorporating them into analysis and reporting.
