- Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
- Optimize website performance, including load times, security, and SEO
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website functionality and user experience
- Collaborate with the design team to implement UI/UX improvements and new features
- Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and services as needed
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing
- Create and manage content for the website, blogs, and social media platforms to drive engagement and traffic
- Manage social media profiles and engage with the audience to build brand loyalty and awareness
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web development and digital marketing
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio of web development projects
- Proficiency in web development languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify)

Job Description:
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance Innovision’s impact and reach in the RMG sector and other manufacturing industries within and outside Bangladesh.
- Engage with buyers, factories/industries, and development organizations to research and understand their priorities for industrial productivity and worker wellbeing.
- Design training modules for clients, including industries (RMG and others), buyers, and development organizations.
- Conducted and managed training programs for managers, supervisors, workers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Draft and contribute to proposals for new projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals. Write comprehensive reports and presentations to meet international standards and communicate project outcomes and insights effectively.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and build a network of potential national and international clients to develop a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Onboard and manage technical consultants, trainers, productivity improvement experts, and worker wellbeing experts.
- Support the Manager in developing and marketing new research, consultancy opportunities, and training areas to prospective clients.
- Provide support in the financial administration of ongoing projects.
- Represent Innovision in the areas of industrial productivity and worker wellbeing. Participate in seminars and webinars to promote the organization.
- Assist in building and guiding the team to achieve portfolio goals.
Educational Qualifications:
Minimum undergraduate degree in Textile/Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Social Science, or a related field from any reputed national or international university.
What We Expect:
- Experience in soft and/or technical skills development in the RMG and/or other manufacturing sectors.
- Expertise in designing and delivering training programs for diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
