Job Description:
- Contribute to the end-to-end development of proposals and other bidding documents, ensuring that each bid is tailored to the specific needs and requirements of potential clients
- Review and interpret EOI, RFP, and TOR carefully and work with portfolio teams to develop proposals, maintaining all requirements.
- Research and analyze potential clients and markets to identify growth opportunities for the firm
- Collaborate with different teams of the organization to develop and execute strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding the firm’s business
- Participate in strategy calls to discuss bidding requirements
- Update and maintain the company’s documents and databases as required.
Key Qualifications/ Experience:
- Post-graduate/master’s degree in business/social sciences/economics or any other relevant fields
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in proposal writing, business development, communications, and communications (freshers with exceptional skills are also encouraged to apply)
- Proven experience with International Donor Organizations
- Full professional proficiency in English language
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suit (expertise in Adobe Creative Suite will add value)
- Ability to interpret RFPs and protocols
- Possess strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Aptitude for fostering collaboration and positive relationships.

Job Description:
- Conceptualize and design a wide range of visual assets, including infographics, illustrations, presentations, and data visualizations
- Create compelling visual narratives that effectively communicate Innovision’s message, value proposition, and insights to its target audiences
- Contribute to the digital marketing and communication outreach actions
- Design reports, digests, newsletters (as formal publications), brochures, flyers, newsletters, infographics, presentations, and other publications of the company
- Update the website of Innovision with new visual contents and implement visual improvements that enhance the website’s usability and user experience
- Ensure visual content aligns with the firm’s branding guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel across different platforms and materials
- Coordinate with the teams regarding their need-specific visuals.
Key Qualifications/ Experience:
- Post-graduate/master’s degree in any relevant fields
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience in visual storytelling, graphic design, and/or in a corporate or consulting setting (freshers with exceptional skills are also encouraged to apply)

Job Description:
- Design and develop research methodology and execution plan
- Develop various research tools, visit field, conduct data collection exercise including supervision/management of data collection team
- Analyze collected data, generate insights from the data and enunciating in the report
- Prepare analytical report and presentation
- Prepare business/research proposals
- Maintain corporate relationship with the existing clients and develop new clients
- Coordinate multiple projects with a quick turnaround.
- Participate in seminars, webinars, and events on behalf of Innovision to promote our research findings and seek additional business opportunities.
- Support the Technical Lead, Portfolio Manager, and Senior Management on business development, project implementation, and strategic roadmaps, among others.
Educational Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Applied Economics / Statistics / Development Studies or other closely related fields from any reputed national or international universities
Key Qualifications/ Experience:
- 5 years’ experience in related field (research & analysis) is required
- Adept in formative and professional writing in English (this is highly required).
- Comfortable with data gathering, data mining, data validation, and analysis. Proficiency in MS-Office suit, SPSS/STATA, Atlas.ti/NVivo, econometric modelling is essential
- The candidate should be self-motivated, confident, proactive and detail oriented
- The candidate should have ability to work under pressure, have continuous learning mind set and strong analytical ability

Job Description
- Business Development Activities
- Proactively seek partnership opportunities with local and international organizations as guided by the management.
- Engage in proposal submissions and expression of interests (task will include developing methodology, work plan, budget, etc.) in coordination with team members, external consultants, and technical experts.
Execution of Different Project Activities
- Design and undertake explanatory research, formative research, case studies, market and household surveys, market system analysis, and value chain analysis.
- Conduct background research to distill information to identify key themes and important areas, which will elicit further research needs.
- Undertake field research (conduct interviews with respondents from different socio-economic backgrounds and national and local level stakeholders), train and lead a team of field managers and enumerators
- Gather, edit, and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Supervision of data entry activities, cleaning/minimizing data entry errors to ensure quality and reliable data for each assessment/study.
- Assist in managing the project activities and in the preparation of the project report.
Additional Duties
- Work to write and publish at least one newspaper article based on the research findings/knowledge management done in the portfolio
- Assist in managing all timelines and deliverables for multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Maintain extremely high standards in terms of quality of work, attention to detail, strong organization skills, and absolute commitment to task completion.
- Ensure balancing multiple tasks and shifting priorities under tight deadlines at an accelerated pace when necessary.
