Innovision Hosts Decoupage Workshop to Foster Creativity and Innovation among Women Entrepreneurs

Innovision, in partnership with The World Bank Group, conducted the “Decoupage Workshop: Empowering Women Entrepreneurs Through Creativity and Business Expansion” on February 9–10, 2025. This hands-on workshop was part of the Women Entrepreneurs Finance Initiative (We-Fi) project, which aims to support women entrepreneurs by providing them with the skills and resources to enhance their businesses and access new market opportunities.

The workshop brought together 25 women entrepreneurs, providing them with the tools to transform ordinary items into artistic products while learning key business strategies for growth. Under the guidance of Syeda Mashrufa Bashar, Co-Chairperson of Gausia Maizbhandaria Habibia Committee & Trust, participants explored innovative design techniques, sustainable crafts, and branding strategies. They experimented with various materials, textures, and designs, gaining valuable insights into enhancing their products’ market appeal.

Throughout the two-day session, entrepreneurs sharpened their creativity and business acumen, learning how to integrate artistic elements into their products and expand into new industries.

Innovision Consulting continues to support women entrepreneurs through We-Fi, providing capacity-building initiatives that empower them to innovate, strengthen their businesses, and seize new financial opportunities.
