According to UNICEF, gender and equality seek to ensure that women and men, boy and girls enjoy the same rights, resources, opportunities and protection. Innovision has been working to elevate the socio-economic status of underprivileged women through initiatives targeted at their empowerment, skills development, financial inclusion and other key issues. Till date, we have worked with donors and development organizations in studies and interventions that contributed to upholding women’s rights and facilitating their economic development.
