Skills development programmes enhance people’s employability and labor productivity and are of paramount importance for economies for their structural transformation and economic growth. Innovision works with development partners for the assessment of skill gaps, design and evaluation of skills development programmes and initiatives. Our team has been directly involved in technical and soft skills development of the women RMG workers in Bangladesh that facilitated their socio-economic empowerment. Through its work in the industrial sector in home and abroad, Innovision has also gained a fair understanding of the gaps, opportunities and barriers in the technical and vocational education and training (TVET) sub-sector.
