On March 18–19, 2025, 13 inspiring Women Small and Medium Enterprises (WSMEs) participated in an exclusive product showcase at the IPDC Finance PLC head office. Organized under the World Bank’s Women Entrepreneurs Finance Initiative (We-Fi) project, the event aimed to strengthen market access for women-led SMEs by facilitating direct engagement with corporate employees.
The participating WSMEs presented a diverse range of high-quality, sustainable products, including eco-friendly jute goods, organic tea, handcrafted traditional and ethnic jewelry, and Jamdani products. The showcase provided these entrepreneurs with a platform to introduce their products to a wider audience, expanding their customer base and creating new business opportunities.
This initiative, organized by Innovision Consulting, is part of a broader effort to integrate WSMEs into corporate supply chains, fostering sustainable economic growth. By promoting inclusive entrepreneurship, the program empowers women entrepreneurs, enhances their financial independence, and advances gender equality in the business sector.
The event marks another step forward in the We-Fi project’s mission to support women-led businesses in developing economies, ensuring greater access to markets and financial ecosystems. Innovision Consulting remains committed to creating opportunities for women entrepreneurs to thrive and contribute to the economy.
