Misha Mahjabeen

Misha Mahjabeen has more than 18 years experience combinedly in the development sector and private industries. She has worked with Swisscontact KATALYST in which she was among the first Bangladeshi nationals to be part of the Core Leadership Team (CLT). While working with KATALYST, she turned the working condition improvement initiative of KATALYST into an actionable project and integrated marketing promotion concepts with industry development projects. With Tupperware Bangladesh, she led the launching of the company in Bangladesh as the National Sales Head and spread the business to 8 branches converting 5000+ women into the Tupperware workforce. Misha was the first female to hold the CEO role in Rancon Motors. She launched commercial wellness products and extended the retail chain (e.g., CleanAva, ChiniGo) of Purnava. Throughout her career, Misha has been involved in various project formulation and launching. She also has extensive exposure to the development issues, especially income generation activities of women. At Innovision, Misha is responsible for strategic formulation overview and business expansion outlook of three departments. She is also an entrepreneur and a wellness enthusiast. Misha obtained her MBA and BBA from Institute of Business Administration (IBA) – University of Dhaka.
