Narrative description of Project:

University of Liberal Arts, Bangladesh – A reputed private university of Bangladesh started its journey in 2002. ULAB is the only private university in Bangladesh that provides education based on the concept of liberal arts. After successfully providing tertiary education for more than a decade, the authority of the university wanted to contemplate and re-formulate its operational strategy and to chalk out next course of action based on the opinions of its most important stakeholder – The potential students and actors involved in decision making of their future education through a survey.

Description of actual services provided by your staff within the assignment:

Innovision Consulting was commissioned for this assignment. The survey was quantitative in nature and Face-to-Face interview technique was used. The respondents of the survey were the students of different private universities, college students, A-level students, MBA/EMBA admission seekers, parents, and Influencers. 1611 respondents from the aforementioned groups were interviewed. A structured questionnaire was used to conduct the survey. The respondents were asked about their perceptions on private universities and ULAB, factors influenced their decision while selecting a private university, decision making process, awareness, intention of enrollment, ranking of universities based on their perceived values etc as well as media habit.
